Location

Welcome to the Western Port Uniting Church Parish Opportunity Shop at 149 Disney Street Crib Point, near the intersection of Stony Point Road and Disney Street.

Governance

Our Op Shop is a totally volunteer organisation that is governed by its constitution overseen by a Committee of Management (CoM) that meets monthly.  The CoM reports to the Western Port Uniting Church Parish Council.

Our Offerings

You are invited to browse a dynamic and extensive range of new and pre-loved quality clothing and family accessories for all ages, a wide selection of household items and enjoy a friendly chat with our dedicated volunteer staff waiting to guide your retail journey.

Trading

The Shop is open for trading and quality donations Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 3.30 pm and Saturday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm.

The Shop is closed on public holidays and for a Christmas – New Year break.

Come in to look around at your convenience and enjoy our regular fantastic sales.

Our Op Shop is popular with local folks, regional shoppers and overseas visitors.

 

Donations

Quality donations are accepted with gratitude during the trading hours indicated above.

These include:-

Clothing – women’s, men’s and children’s
Bags, shoes, jewellery, and accessories
Books, CDs and DVDs
Homewares and goods

They bypass landfills and support our conservation and environmental principles.

We cannot accept furniture and electrical appliances.

No after hours dumping on the footpath – thanks.

Distribution of Funds

Our annual distribution of funds – donations and grants – support Parish missional activities, charitable organisations and agencies along with local community groups such as Western Port Community Support and many more.

Our donations and grants are ratified by the Western Port UC Parish Council.
